The project consists of 42 luxury apartments distributed in 8 buildings, on a south facing plot with stunning views of the golf course and the Mediterranean Sea. Various options consisting of 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, spread across three levels: ground floors, first floors, and penthouses. Each option includes two underground parking spaces and one storage unit. Furthermore, the ground floors and penthouses feature a private garden and pool. The complex also has a social club with outdoor and indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam bath and treatment rooms. Construction is scheduled to start in September 2023 and will be carried out in two phases. The first phase will involve buildings 1 to 4, followed by the completion of buildings 5 to 8 and the social club in the second phase. The first phase is expected to be finished within three years, with the second phase following one year later.
